Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-English and half-Spanish woman, was born on the 16th of April 1996 in Miami Florida. The girl is English, one-half Spanish. The parents of her include Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. The father of her is Argentine, of Scottish-English descent. Her mother is Spanish with English roots. Taylor-Joy has four siblings from her father's prior marriage. They were originally located in Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria at the age of 6 when Taylor-Joy was born. Taylor Joy states that the move to England was very traumatic. She was not willing to study English and was hoping to relocate back to Argentina. Hill House, a school located in the same area as Northlands was required to enroll her. She later enrolled at Queen's Gate School where she was a ballet student and performed in school plays. Then she dropped out of the high school aged 16 in order to concentrate on her acting career. Taylor-Joy always knew she wanted to be an actor. Her dream was granted a chance to try it by Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management she offered her an opportunity as a model.
