Liz Vassey's career in acting began at just 9 years old. Since then, she has appeared in over 50 musicals and stage plays. She moved into New York at the age sixteen to be part of the cast of All My Children. It was her work on the show that has earned her the very first Daytime Emmy nomination. Liz's guest performances as a regular role have been seen on a number of television series, including ER Max Bob Necessary, Brothersly Love Push Nevada Two and a Half Men FOX's version to The Tick and Season Two on Amazon's reboot. The most recognizable character is her role as The DNA technician Wendy Simms in the TV show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She played the role for five years. Additionally, Liz has been in a number of films as well as pilots and has guest-starred on a number of different TV shows. Liz's professional life isn't only acting, but she's also a writer. Liz who is a lifelong athlete recently debuted as an director through the documentary feature film The Human Race which has recently been released. The documentary is a look at older runners. Swallow grew up in Jacksonville Florida. She received her bachelor's degree at the University of Virginia where she majored in Middle Eastern studies. Swallow later relocated to New York City where she completed her master's degree in acting from the New York University Tisch School of the Arts. Swallow performed as both good and bad guys in the film and TV. She played the police detective on Ringer, a detective's wife in Southland, a bounty-hunter on CBS the The Odds pilot The Odds and a bank criminal in Medium. The actress also appeared as a mermaid in Flight of the Conchords, and in the Shana Sosin-directed film The Rift.
